Pursuant to the recently ratified Collective Agreement, your TUFA Executive would appreciate member feedback regarding the current merit system. This information will be shared with members of the merit sub-committee (formed under Appendix R of the new agreement) and will inform the next round of collective bargaining.
The information you provide will be kept anonymous. The survey is not intended to be comprehensive, nor the only means for the membership to provide input about merit to the Executive. Rather, we hope the survey will provide some insight into members' concerns and preferences while providing an opportunity for individual members to comment on employment-related incentives at Trent University.
